For vendors
We support buyers. Here's how to work with us.
Momentum is independent vendor intelligence for healthcare buyers. If you sell clinical services to health plans or payers, you're probably already in the MARC database. This page is how to engage with us productively.
How we work
A single framework. Multiple buyer lenses. Sourced findings.
01
We cover the market — not just the market that pays us.
If your company sells clinical services to health plans or payers, you're in MARC. Inclusion isn't pay-to-play.
02
One framework. Population-specific lenses.
Every vendor is analyzed against the same 3-Dimensional Value Framework. The buyer lens shifts by population — Medicaid looks different from Commercial — but the standard doesn't.
03
We show our work.
Every finding comes with a clear signal, supporting context, and the source it came from. No black-box conclusions.

A few things we will not do.
We do not accept vendor sponsorship dollars.
Ever. The framework analyzes vendors — not the other way around.
MARC inclusion is not for sale.
You can't pay to be added, removed, or re-evaluated.
No vendor-funded “validation” reports.
A MAVE is a buyer-funded evaluation, full stop. We don't run endorsement studies.
We caveat where evidence is thin — and call out the gaps.
When evidence is light, we phrase findings cautiously. When a section of the framework can't be assessed at all, we name the gap rather than overstate.
What MARC publishes
A structured profile — not a narrative review.
MARC is a reference catalog, not an opinion column. What's published about your company is a set of structured attributes — clinical area, populations served, model type, delivery modalities and similar fields — sourced from public materials.
Narrative findings, risk signals, and decision-grade information live in MAVE reports, which are requested by buyers and delivered privately. MARC tells a buyer you exist and helps them shortlist; a MAVE provides the details in a holistic report.
Scope
Who we currently evaluate.
In scope
Clinical service vendors.
Companies that deliver a clinical service paid for by a payer — virtual care, condition management, behavioral health, specialty programs, population health, MSK, women's health, and the like.

See yourself as payers do
Want to see your offering through the same lens payers use to evaluate it?
Some vendors want to see how they look in MAVE — the same framework health plans run their evaluations through. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you. We're still shaping what this looks like, but if you find it useful, we want you in the conversation.

A few things vendors ask.
We're already in MARC. How did we get there?
We add vendors to MARC based on market presence, not vendor outreach. Inclusion decisions are ours.
Can we see what MARC says about us?
Yes. There's a free version of MARC — anyone can sign up.
Can we update our profile?
Get in touch with sourcing and we'll review. We don't open profiles for vendor self-editing.
We're not your sales channel. But the better the data, the better the analysis — and that's good for everyone.
